Service Request Process – How to place a request for service.

We maintain an on-call staff 24/7 to assist with your Facility Maintenance emergencies. For any emergency service or same day requests, please be sure to call us. Do not rely on email communications for an emergency. Our 24/7 phone number is 833-776-5833. Please send all non-emergent requests to our general inbox at Service@cdindmaint.com. This email should be used for service requests, updates, and/or questions.

C&D Industrial Maintenance provides 24/7-emergency repair services, preventative maintenance programs & new equipment installation. Need something new? No problem. Our technicians are familiar with a variety of different IVR and geolocation-based job management systems. We work hard to ensure we meet our customers’ requirements as it relates to checking-in when we arrive at the service location. Client Portal Requirements

Our service team works in countless portals and job management systems for various customers. To ensure our associates fully understand your job management portal and requirements, we require that this section be completed in detail. This will help to ensure your jobs go smoothly from the creation of a service call until you receive your invoice. This section is only applicable to customers that will require us to use a portal for job management or invoicing.

Training Type Online or Other
Please fully explain how to use your portal in detail. Details such as how to invoice, accept jobs, will the job go from “start-to-finish” in the portal or are there only portions of a job we must manage in a portal, how do we add users to the system…….and so on……. This includes any username and password information that the portal will require. We will not be able to use your portal until we are properly trained and understand the system. Is this online or hard copy material? Please include the material when returning this packet.

Post-Work Order Completion Funding Approval Process

If your company operates with Not to Exceeds (NTE) or Purchase Orders, there may be instances where at times an NTE or PO value is exceeded for a variety of reasons, the most common being emergency service requests or onsite asks of our technicians. Should approval be needed for additional funds after a job is completed, please provide the process we need to follow, and documents required to ensure we are able to invoice for the work. We make every effort to ensure that this does not happen, and we understand this process will be an exception to normal operating procedures.
